I really appreciate this "Undressed Momento" from the transalpine quatuor Klimt 1918. I'm back 10 or 15 years ago in the beginning of alternative rock and noisy pop. I can feel a numerous of influences like The Smiths, The Cure, My Bloody Valentine, Ride, Sundial Slowdive or nearer from us Mogwai with a touch of new-wave and goth rock. It's in alternation intimist, melancholic, soft, voluptuous, hot-tempered and furious. The voice is well controlled, now soft, now raging but never eructing or yelling. The guitars and rhythmic are also going from flat calm to a real tsunami. This album really pleased me!
